Digital products
Most of our products are digital items (such as printable files and downloads) delivered instantly. Because these are delivered electronically and can be downloaded and kept immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
How to request help or a refund
Email us at admin@pickdigitalservice.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Situations we can't refund
- Change of mind after a digital file has been downloaded.
- Lack of the software or device needed to open or print a clearly described file format.
- Buyer error where the correct product was delivered as described (for example, an accidental purchase after download).
Physical or made-to-order products
If a product is described as physical or made to order, any specific shipping, return, or cancellation terms will be stated on that product's page and take precedence over the digital terms above.
Payment processor
Payments and order fulfillment may be handled by a third-party merchant of record on our behalf. Refunds, when granted, are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
