Thank you for shopping with Pick Digital Service. This policy explains how refunds work for our products. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Digital products

Most of our products are digital items (such as printable files and downloads) delivered instantly. Because these are delivered electronically and can be downloaded and kept immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

If something is wrong, we'll make it right. If a file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or won't open, contact us within 3 days of purchase and we will either fix the problem or issue a full refund.

How to request help or a refund

Email us at admin@pickdigitalservice.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Situations we can't refund

Physical or made-to-order products

If a product is described as physical or made to order, any specific shipping, return, or cancellation terms will be stated on that product's page and take precedence over the digital terms above.

Payment processor

Payments and order fulfillment may be handled by a third-party merchant of record on our behalf. Refunds, when granted, are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
